On job-hopping Nowadays there are so many people looking for jobs to make a living, though they are not interested in the job at all. As a result job-hopping becomes a common phenomenon. Some
people think that changing jobs frequently is good while others hold the opinion that a lifelong job is beneficial. But from my point of view, neither frequent job-hopping nor sticking to only one job is good. On the one hand, changing jobs frequently can help job hunters find the job which fits them well and also formulate working experience. On the other hand, it is unbeneficial for people to get a promotion in their area. Each time he or she changes a job, he or she comes to a completely new environment and needs to start from the beginning again. This means the one who changes jobs very often can hardly get what he really wants. However, sticking to a lifelong job isn’t a good choice either, especially for our young people. Although such a job is stable, it lacks challenges and may make us boring and wear down our interests in the job. As we youth, we are full of energy and we need to explore our own world. When we are looking for jobs we should take our interests into consider because it can affect our future in this area. We can’t change jobs blindly which means we should think twice before we do job-hopping. In addition, we should be brave enough to give up what
seems good now, instead to explore another new universe and finally we can realize our dreams.
