Ⅱ. A “Our aim is to take our art to the world and make people understand what it is to move,”said David Belle, the founder of parkour(跑酷).

Do you love running? It is a good exercise, yet many people find it boring. But what if making your morning jog a creative one? Like jumping from walls and over gaps, and ground rolls? Just like James Bond in the movie Casino Royale? Bond jumps down from a roof to a windowsill and then runs several blocks over obstacles on the way. It is just because of Bond's wonderful performances that the sport has become popular worldwide. Yes, that's parkour, an extreme street sport with the aim of moving from one point to another as quickly as possible, getting over all the obstacles in the path using only the abilities of the human body. Parkour is considered an extreme sport. As its participants dash around a city, they may jump over fences, run up walls and even move from rooftop to rooftop. Parkour can be just as exciting and charming as it sounds, but its participants see parkour much more than that. Overcoming all the obstacles on the course and in life is part of the philosophy(理念) behind parkour. This is the same as life. You must determine your destination, go straight, jump over all the barriers as if in parkour and never fall back from them in your life to reach the destination successfully. A parkour lover said,“I love parkour because its philosophy has become my life, my way to do everything.” Another philosophy we've learnt from parkour is freedom. It can be done by anyone, at any

Hobbies are things that a person likes to do in his spare time. Some kids like swimming or playing sports, while others may like quieter hobbies such as reading, music, cooking, computer games or board games(棋类 游戏). Older kids who can read might enjoy the guitar or the piano, while younger ones might enjoy playing the toy drums and singing along. Good hobbies for kids can be any type of activity that is beneficial for their overall growth and has been proven to help them later in life, including self-confidence and any skills that

they might learn. When choosing hobbies, parents should remember not to push kids too hard. Otherwise they might give up before they really try the hobbies. Also you should give your kids the right to choose hobbies by themselves. Good hobbies are something that will grow with your kids, stretching (使发挥全部本领)and challenging them enough to keep them interested, but do not take them away from their school work. Instead, good hobbies can help to improve their homework. 3.(to)succeed help sb (to) do sth“帮助某人做某事”。 的家庭”用 be born into a?family。 Do you love running? It is a good exercise, yet many people find it boring. Another philosophy we've learnt from parkour is freedom. It can be done by anyone, at any time, anywhere in the world. Parkour is considered an extreme sport. As its participants

dash around a city, they may jump over fences, run up walls and even move from rooftop to rooftop. Overcoming all the obstacles on the course and in life is part of the philosophy(理念) behind parkour. This is the same as life. You must determine your destination Another philosophy we've learnt from parkour is freedom. The experience inspired her to devote her life to helping others. She remains a search-and-rescue volunteer and plans to study nursing in college. They learned how to perform the basics:tying knots, reading maps and giving medical aid. Ⅲ.One possible version: My hobby Good hobbies, which are activities a person likes to do in his spare time, can benefit his growth and amuse him. Meanwhile, good hobbies will be helpful to the study of kids. As for me, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. I showed great interest in music then, because my uncle often taught me some songs, which were good to listen to and easy to sing. As I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she advised me to study vocal music in the Children's Palace. From then on, I began my vocal music training. I practiced how to produce sounds and how to make my expressions more natural and more pleasing. I won one award after another in several competitions. As time went by, I still take singing as my hobby since I find music is the interest that is missing in the exams. When I am stressful and bored, it is music that helps me live through these tough hours. Enjoying music, I live a happy life.
