一、教材分析 1.本单元的主要教学内容: 1)词汇:本单元话题词:Friends and friendship; interpersonal relationships add point upset ignore calm concern loose cheat reason list share feeling Neth

erlands German out doors crazy nature purpose dare thunder entirely power according trust indoors suffer teenager advice questionnaire quiz situation editor communicate habit add up calm down have got to be concerned about walk the dog go through wn join in 2)语法:直接引语和间接引语(1): 陈述句和疑问句 1. 陈述句 “I don’t want to set down a series of facts in a diary.” Said Anne. -----Anne said that she didn’t want to set down a series of facts in a diary. 2. 一般疑问句 He asked, “Are you leaving tonight?” ---He asked us whether we were leaving that night. 3. 特殊疑问句 “When did you go to bed last night?” father said to Anne. --- Father asked Anne when she went to bed the night before. 3)功能: 1. 态度(attitudes) Are you afraid that---? I’ve grown so crazy about--I didn’t dare--2. 同意和不同意(agreement and disagreement) I agree. I think so. Exactly. I don’t agree. I don’t think so. I’m afraid not. 3.肯定程度(certainty) That’s correct. Of course not. 4)话题:友谊 2.本单元整体教学目标 Student will be able to express agreement and disagreement talk about personal ideas about friendship 二、本单元教学内容重点: hide away set do

重点: 本单元话题词和相关表达法 表达同意、不同意的功能句 难点: (根据学生情况有针对性的处理) 三、对其他教育因素的相关说明 本单元涉及到认知策略中根据上下文推测词义的策略。 本单元在情感态度方面涉及到高中学生对友谊的认识和需求, 以及处理交往中的问题的积极态度 在学习表达同意、不同意意见时,渗透口语交际中的文化意识。 四、教材处理说明: 需要补充阅读材料:用以补充培养猜词策略所需的材料之不足。 需要补充含有直接引语和间接引语的语言材料 补充描写人物的词汇并指导如何介绍人物。

五、本单元可视重点内容安排建议

六、课时计划: Period 1 Warming up and speaking Teaching goal: Students will be able to a. b. c. Describe friends in English Figure out the problems between friends and then find different ways to solve the probl ems. To learn to solve problems that may occur between friends.

Procedure: 1. Lead-in 2.. Give a brief description of one of your friends. The following phrases and struct ures may be helpful: His/Her name is …… He /She is …… years old. He /She likes …… and dislikes …… He /She enjoys …… and hates…… He /She is very kind/friendly/…… When /Where we got to know each other Make a survey 3. List some qualities of a good friend or your ideal friend. Have the students get into groups of four to find out what each has listed. 4. Pratice P1 Period 2 Reading Teaching goal: Students will be able to 1. 2. get information about Anne’s personal experience and opinion about friendship. exchange their ideas about Anne’s diary.

Procedures: Pre-reading: Talk about their own experience about friends and friendship. While-reading: First reading: Get the general idea of the passage. Second reading: Guess new words from context. (Finish P4, Exxl,2,3) Third reading: Get the specific information of the passage. (Finish P3, Ex1) Post-reading: Discussion: Why did Anne take her diary as her friend? What’s your opinion about her feeling? Period 3 Grammar Teaching goal: Students will be able to report others’ words in reported speech. Procedures: 1. 2. 3. 4. Read the sentences and try to conclude how to use the two forms of speech. Conclude the defferences that we should pay attention to when we exchange them. Practice P5 Retell Anne’s diary

Period 4 Talking Teaching goal: Students will be able to express agreement and disagreement

Talk about personal ideas about friendship. Procedure: P41 Talking Using agreement and disagreement structures P45 Task 2 Express opinions about solving the problems between friends. Period 5 Reading and writing Teaching goal: Students will be able to introduce his friend. Procedures: 1. Show some important phrases about a. b. c. d. appearance hobby quality show some examples
