Oh~~but now I have to tell you though you live through you will get back where you started after only several days. Because you do not eat anything after noon, your stomach will stay in a hungry condition, which makes your breakfast and lunch of next day easily to transform into fat. Long time not eating anything often lead to stomachache, even gastritis. The amount of fat only depends on how much you ate during a day rather than when you ate. 2. Only eating fruit and vegetable could be beneficial. For example ,a very popular method"three-day apple method" is misleading. This method is you only eat apples in three days, and the fourth day ,it is likely that you have lost more than 3kg. But once you stop this method--of course a person cannot only eat apples all of life--you will find weight recovered . The reason is though apple has low calorie it can't be used as stable food. Once you do not ingest protein, many healthy problem will come such as cacotrophia, nutrition unbalanced, falling immunity. And a vital reason is this method only reduce your water in body, so once you recover normal food you will get back where you started. 3. Because you are so impatient that you always consider exercising much a day ignoring whether your body can receive it or not. Many girls tend to do acute exercise for get result early. But sometimes your heart or other organs cannot support so much exercise and it is dangerous. Besides , it is not only acute exercise that works. Jogging.,yoga,swimming cost the same calorie as some acute exercise.
