implementation projects frequently have high failure rates; although research has investigated a number of factors for success and failure rates, limited attention has been directed toward the implementation teams, and how to make these more effective. In this paper we argue that shared leadership represents an appropriate approach to improving the functioning of ERP implementation teams. Shared leadership represents a form of team leadership where the team members, rather than only a single team leader, engage in leadership behaviors. While shared leadership has received increased research attention during the past decade, it has not been applied to ERP implementation teams and therefore that is the purpose of this article. Toward this end, we describe issues related to ERP and HRMS implementation, teams, and the concept of shared leadership, review theoretical and empirical literature, present an integrative framework, and describe the application of shared leadership to ERP and HRMS implementation. By the turn of the 20th century, the growth and evolution of distribution systems were developing apace. It had been characterized by the people who migrate to urban centres, availability of the production and technology, and improvements in transport and storage were combining to change the state of the marketplace dramatically (Wilkie and Moore, 2003). There was a genuine need to increase the products and services to this new market where supplying these demands, the industries have to increase their products and goods. In order to achieve this aim, the industry players are pressed to change the traditional ways of their production. ( 末 段 ) S-ERP systems assist an organization to provide complete sustainability data and integrate all sustainability information and processes across business functions. It can be seen as a holistic, integrative and complete solution for industry to solve sustainability business issues. However, recently S-ERP research is still at the stage of introduction. Thus, there is a need of contribution in term of research direction to guide the future S-ERP research. The authors reviewed the previous ERP and sustainability

researches in order to guide future research in S-ERP systems. As a result, six key areas are identified include: concept, system design, pre-implementation, implementation, post-implementation, and system extension/retirement. The authors then distinguish a number of research broad streams based on particular key areas.
