Working in the office room produces more efficiency "If one wants to go faster, it is appropriate to travel alone; but if one wants to go further, cooperate with others. " That is,
as you can see, one of my favorite sayings which can properly describe the occasion of working place nowadays. Recently, to save money and space, large quantities of companies quit setting office room. On the contrary, the officers have their employees stay at home and work by themselves. As soon as this policy comes out, lots of employees cheer up for they do not have to get up at 8 am and go to sleep at 10 pm any more. Nevertheless, I do not agree with this new policy. Maybe it is a little hard for employees to go to work early and get home late. But working together really produces more efficiency. There, on my opinion, are three main reasons supporting the view. Firstly, there is a phenomenon called "PROCRASTINATION " recently. And it appears on not only students and teachers but also employees.Terribly, they put off all the things unnecessary to tomorrow, then to the day after tomorrow. It seems that it never ends if procrastinators stay and work alone. But what needs to be done still exists. On the contrary, if boss could spy on the employees working, the efficiency will be improved greatly. On the other hand, working in the office room together with workmates would strengthen the relationship among them. The more companies talk and communicate, the better they will understand each other, which will do good to their cooperation. Last but not least, working in the office shows details how employees behave in their daily life, which crucially decides whether you are a success or a failure. It is in the office room that employees will pay attention to the clothes, etiquette and the methods of speaking when you are faced with comrades. So far, working in the office room is not only a trend, but also a tradition that ought to be kept all the time. No matter what happens, just try to work together with you workmates in the office room.
