一. 教学内容
1 课时 15 计应班 黄淑梅
授课内容为中职英语基础模块二第七单元 Listening & Speaking 两部分,具体为 1.Listen and finish the three tasks. 2. Study and recite the dialogue. 3. Make a similar dialogue.
二. 教学重点、难点 ⑴ 教学重点
通过本课学习,学生能够用英语谈论旅行准备,合理提出建议,接受或礼貌拒绝建议。
⑵ 教学难点
旅行所带物品的英文名称及选择某旅行目的地的原因。
三. 教学目标
1. 知识目标 1)学生能掌握本单元所学谈论旅行准备的单词和词组,如: countryside, view, cash, umbrella, comfortable shoes, camera, tent,be on holiday, take photos,forest, credit card 等。 2)学生能掌握给出建议的四个句型: What about…? How about…? 2. 能力目标 学生能口头谈论旅行准备,合理给出建议,赞成别人的建议或礼貌拒绝别人的建议。 3. 情感目标 学生了解旅行能够增长见识,愉悦身心,故应努力创造机会外出旅行,但亦同时记住,走南,闯北,还是 家最好。East and West, home is the best! Let’s…. shall we…?
四.教学步骤
Step One Review (5 min)
1. Review Words checking: 1.camera 2。cash 3.scenery 8.life ring 4.countryside 9.总是 5. 预约时间 10.填表
6.呼吸新鲜空气 7.tent
(设计意图:帮助学生经常复习所学单词/词组,并能够迅速集中学生精神,带领他们进入上课状态。)
Step Two Listening (10 min) page 109.
1. Listen to the tape and answer: ① What are Cindy and Annie talking about? A trip. ② Where do they decide to go? To the beach. ③ Why they don’t go to climb mountain? Too tiring. 2. Listen again and tick.
3. Listen and fill in the form. 4. Read the context aloud and then listen for the last time.
Step Three Speaking (20 min)
1. Ss self-study and raise questions: Possible problem words: Myra, tiring, countryside, comfortable, tent. 2. Student teaches—teacher teaches—read together—group VS group—perform in pairs 3. Find out the sentences on giving advice. What about traveling together? How about visiting a big city? Let’s go to the countryside. Shall we book a hotel? 4. Recite the dialogue. SS recite by themselves—teacher gives out tips—recite together—recite in groups/pairs—five “Cathy” VS other SS—ss perform 5. Paper work: fill in the blanks.
Step Four Writing (7 min) 1. Study the words and expressions. 2. Make a dialogue together (e.g. forest). 3. Ss make a dialogue and write it down (学生巡堂指导) 4. Read aloud the other two dialogues together( lake, downtown city) Step Five Sum-up (3 min) 1. We learn how to talk about travel plan today. 2. We know how to give advice today. What about +n./doing? How about +n./doing? Homework: Find out at least another three ways on giving advice . Let’s do… Shall we do…?
