定语从句复习
What is the Attributive clause?

在复合句中修饰名词或代词的从句叫定语从句。

定语从句

注意事项: 1.从句的位置: 先行词 之后 2.翻译方法: “….的”

注意事项:

when where why

关系词的主要作用:替代先行词和 在从句中充当成分 非限制性定语从句既可修饰先行词,又 可修饰整个主句,不可用that引导且关 系代词不可以省略。

归纳:关系副词when指时间,关系副词where 指地点,关系副词why指原因,在定语从句中 作状语。即使先行词是时间地点,若作从句 中的主语或宾语,只能用关系代词that,
which.

总结:关系代词和关系副词的判定最终取决 于它们在从句中的成分。

几种易混的情况

定语从句的运用

用定语从句翻译短语
1.一个叫做Tom的男孩 a boy who is called Tom

总结:定语从句可以修饰主句的
不同成分—主语,宾语,表语 1.The girl who studies hard is very ——— beautiful . 2.I know ——— who studies hard . the girl 3.This is ——— who studies hard . the girl

翻译下列句子
