句子成分练习题 Part 1: 识别下列句子类型. 1. I like chatting online. 2. Chatting on the internet is interesting. 3. Chatting on the internet brings me a lot of fun. 4. Internet dating hurts. 5. We can call internet addicts webaholics.

Part 2 识别下列句子成分. (一). 指出下列句中主语的中心词 1. The teacher with two of his students is walking into the classroom. 2. There is an old man coming here. 3. The useful dictionary was given by my mother last year. 4. To do today's homework without the teacher's help is very difficult. 5. Smoking is bad for health. 6. The young should respect the old. 7. What he has said is true. 8. It’s necessary for you to learn a foreign language.

(二) 指出句中的谓语. 1. I don't like the picture on the wall. 2. The days get longer and longer when summer comes. 3. Do you usually go to school by bus? 4. There will be a meeting at the library this afternoon. 5. Did the twins have porridge for their breakfast? 6. Tom didn't do his homework yesterday. 7. What I want to tell you is this. 8. We had better send for a doctor. 9. He is interested in music. 10. Whom did you give my book to? 11. There is a boy standing under the tree. 12. He stood there, feeling puzzled and not knowing what to do. 13. He entered the classroom, picked up the rubbish and threw it into the dustbin. 14. Not until he came in did he realize he lost his purse. 15. He does look tired.

(三) 指出下列句中的宾语 1. My brother hasn't done his homework. 2. People all over the world speak English. 3. You must pay good attention to your pronunciation. 4. How many new words did you learn last class? 5. Some of the students in the school want to go swimming, how about you? 6. The old man sitting at the gate said he was ill. 7. They made him monitor of the class. 8. Go across the bridge and you will find the museum on the left. 9. You will find it useful after you leave school. 10. They didn't know who "Father Christmas" really is. 11. He makes it a rule to read two passages every day. 12. Would you mind staying here with me?

(四) 指出句中的直接宾语和间接宾语. 1. Please tell us a story. 2. My father bought a new bike for me last week. 3. Mr Li is going to teach us history next term. 4. Here is a pen. Give it to Tom. 5. Did he leave any message for me?

(五) 划出句中的宾语补足语. 1. She asked me to lend her a hand. 2. She found it difficult to do the work. 3. They call me Lily sometimes. 4. I saw Mr Wang get on the bus. 5. Do you hear Tom singing? 6. He made himself understood. 8. Please make yourself at home. 9. Please keep the dog out. 10. We must keep it a secret. 11. I had my hair cut yesterday.

(六) 指出句中的表语. 1. Time is precious. 2. They seem to know the truth. 3. I’m not quite myself today. 4. Who was the first?

5. He is out of condition. 6. The book is what I need. 7. The apple tastes good. 9. The old man was feeling very tired. 10. The leaves have turned yellow. 11. Soon They all became interested in the subject.

(七) 指出句中的定语. 1. He is a clever boy. 2. They are building a stone bridge. 3. There are 54 students in our class. 4. Do you know Betty’s sister? 5. He bought some sleeping pills. 6. There is a sleeping baby in bed. 7. His spoken language is good. 8. The girl in red is his sister. 9. We have a lot of work to do. 10. The girl standing under the tree is his daughter. 11. Do you know the man who spoke just now? 12. There is nothing interesting in this book

(八) 指别出句中的状语. 1.The boy needs a pen very much. 3. They are playing on the playground. 4. On Sundays,there is no student in the classroom. 4. He sat at the desk, lost in thought. 5. Due to the heavy rain, he was late. 6. To make his dream come true, Tom becomes very interested in business. 7. He often went to school by bus. 8. Please call me if it is necessary. 9. He looks younger than he is. 10. He went to school in spite of his illness.

(九) 当两个指同一事物的句子成分放在同等位置时, 一个句子成分用来说明和解释 另一个句子成分, 这个句子成分就叫做它的_________。 如:We students should study hard. We all are students.

Part 3: Analyze the sentence structures of the following sentences and read them aloud. 8. By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the smallest guy on their team, who had a chance to be the hero for his team for the first time, could have thrown the ball to the second baseman, but he understood the pitcher ’s intentions and he too intentinally threw the ball high and far over the third baseman’s head. 9. Shay didn’t make it to another summer and died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making his father so happy and coming home and seeing his mother tearfully hug her little hero of the day!
